Sealed bids are requested from qualified vendors to provide demolition services at 507 N. McQueen Street and 516 James Street, Florence, SC. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with "Bid No. 2026-19 Demolition" and received at the specified address by the stated deadline. The City does not accept electronic or emailed bids. Late submissions will not be considered. The City of Florence reserves the right to engage in discussions with any or all responsible bidders for clarification purposes, to reject any or all bids, to cancel the solicitation, or to make an award in its own best interest. Participation is subject to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes, prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age.
