Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Renfrew, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the "Town", is seeking submissions for Miscellaneous Road Rehabilitations. Works include, not limited to: pulverizing existing road surface, asphalt paving, shouldering, structure adjustments, sewer lining, installing concrete gutter, sidewalk removal and localized or isolated replacements, close cut clearing and property reinstatement. The Owner reserves the right to return any or all "unopened" tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted by the Owner, and the Town reserves the right to award any portion of this Tender. Question Deadline 05/05/2026 at 2:00 PM ET All communications must reference Tender 2026-05-IPWE in the subject line. Questions will be received. Questions during the Tendering Period shall be submitted to the Town of Renfrew via email to Ashley Robertson, Purchasing Assistant, purchasing@renfrew.ca, and Justin Schauer, Manager of Engineering & Asset Management, Public Works & Engineering, jschauer@renfrew.ca.
