Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saguenay, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; military facility; and restaurant.

Question Deadline 05/27/2026 Questions and requests for clarifications will be answered if received in writing by the Coordinator, Contract Services at least seven (7) Days prior to the closing date stipulated for submission of Proposals. Design and construct a mess, dining and accommodation (MDA) at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Bagotville, Quebec following a modified design-build approach. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System. The selected contractor shall hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No. 1 to the tender documents. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be directed ONLY to the point of contact identified in this advertisement. Bidders who address their questions to anyone other than the point of contact during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
