Reference Number 0000431025 Purchase Type Term: 10/01/2026 12:00 PM EDT - 09/30/2028 11:59 PM EDT The Town of Mamaroneck is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Janitorial Services at six (6) Town locations as detailed herein. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work. Janitorial Services awarded from this request for proposal shall commence on or about October 1, 2026. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Attendance is required at all scheduled locations. No additional site visits will be provided except by written addendum if the Town determines whether one is necessary. However, vendors who attended the facility walk through on Friday May 15, 2026 and signed in are EXEMPT from this requirement. Site visits will be held between 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm on Monday July 27, 2026. It is the bidder’s responsibility to examine the scope of work prior to bidding and be familiar with the facilities included in this bid. Bidders will be responsible for their own transportation to the six locations within the Town at the scheduled times below.
