Site work for a mixed-use development in Obsidian, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of construction improvements at two existing boat ramp sites within the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests to enhance access, safety, and erosion control. At the Fish Creek Boat Ramp, the project includes drainage improvements for the parking area, installation of pavers at the bottom of the ramp to control erosion, and replacement of an elevated multi-sloped wood ramp approximately 6 feet by 60 feet that allows users to slide rafts and catarafts up to 18 feet in length. Additional work includes grading for the ramp and construction of adjacent stairs providing access from the parking lot to the river. At the Spring Bar site, the project includes replacement of approximately 30 feet of pavement and 30 feet of an existing concrete plank boat ramp. The scope also includes construction of erosion control features adjacent to the boat ramp and a potential extension of the ramp by approximately 20 feet. The ramp extension, if included, will involve in-water work and placement of rock fill along the river bottom. Construction at both locations is anticipated to occur during the September-October 2027 timeframe. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required.
