Description

Demolition for a clubhouse / community center in Morden, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center.

This project consists of all works necessary to remove decommissioned equipment and brine lines from the basement of Access Event Center and infill wall with applicable materials. All mechanical piping has been drained. The building was constructed in 1998 and to City's knowledge no asbestos-containing materials were used. No electrical work is required to complete the job.
