Sealed bids are invited for the site development of approximately 50+ acres of property within the Rivanna Futures development area of Albemarle County. The project generally includes: completion of the earthwork, development and base construction for road extension and roundabout, grading and stormwater plans to serve the property, and utility installation into the development area with site stabilization. Only those Contractors who prequalify to bid in accordance with this Prequalification to Bid Process will be eligible to submit a construction bid for the Project listed herein.
