The project consists of the installation of approximately 11,400 lineal feet of 6" waterline, approximately 2,300 lineal feet of 3" waterline, small quantities of 4" and 2" waterline, related appurtenances, and demolition of the existing standpipe to complete the improvements. Bids shall be on a Unit Price and Lump Sum basis as indicated on the bid form. Bidders must deposit bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 90 days after opening. Bidders are required to observe conditions of employment, Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE, and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged. The project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund and is subject to American Iron and Steel (AIS) and Buy American, Build American (BABA) requirements. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
