Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Hoboken, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project comprises the repair of damaged concrete, concrete cracks, expansion joints, guard rails and tricking filters valve replacement at the Adams Street Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work consists of the repair of damaged concrete, expansion joints, guard rails and removing existing and replacing with four (4) NHSA supplied DeZurik valves located in the Trickling Filter Pump Station building. The work includes site work and general construction. The work shall be completed within 150 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. Any request for interpretations shall be made in writing, addressed to the Engineer, EnTech Engineering of New Jersey, 190 Middlesex Turnpike, STE 201, Iselin, NJ 08830, and, to be given consideration, must be received at least seven (7) days - Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted - prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
