Description

The District is seeking proposals for the provision of Cooling Tower & Chiller Replacement (JPOC 1400). Any proposal that fails to comply in all respects with the instructions set forth for responding to this Solicitation will be rejected. The awarded contract, if any, will supersede any previous contract, bid, or GPO agreement for the products or services described.
