This project is for the Lone Star at Liberty Trails Phase 2B water, sewer, and drainage improvements. The major work will consist of the following: Water Improvements: Approximately 6,290 LF of 8-inch PVC waterline, 150 LF of 8-inch ductile iron waterline, 1,592 LF of 12-inch PVC waterline, 27 LF of 12-inch ductile iron waterline, 203 LF of 16-inch PVC waterline, respective gate valves, fire hydrants, water services to 186 lots and related work. Sanitary Sewer Improvements: Approximately 7,558 LF of 8-inch PVC sewer line, 31 LF of 8-inch ductile iron sewer line, 4-inch sanitary sewer services to 186 lots, 4-foot manholes, trench water stops and related work. Drainage Improvements: 21-inch to 48-inch RCP and 4-foot by 3-foot to 5-foot by 5-foot RBC storm drain systems, pond outfall structures, curb inlets, headwalls, safety end treatments, junction boxes, and stone riprap. These improvements are part of the 'Plans for the Construction of Water, Sewer, Paving, Drainage, and Street Light Improvements to serve Lone Star at Liberty Trails Phase 2B'.
