The Vancouver Island Regional Library is seeking qualified contractors to provide janitorial services for its Cumberland Branch located at 2746 Dunsmuir Ave, Cumberland, BC. Attendance at a one-time mandatory site meeting is required for those submitting quotations. Proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Department by email at tenders@virl.bc.ca in Microsoft Word format, with any supporting documents consolidated into one PDF file. It is the proponent’s responsibility to ensure submission before the stated closing time. Late submissions will not be considered. Maximum allowable email file size is 20 MB. The Vancouver Island Regional Library is not liable for submission delays due to technological issues, and proponents are advised to allow sufficient time for submission.
