Work is expected to begin between 5 July and 5 August 2026. An information session, followed where appropriate by a site visit, will be conducted by the Company's project manager. Interested bidders must attend the meeting on 1 May 2026 at 10.00 am at 2555 Boulevard Roland-Therrien, Longueuil (Quebec) J4M 2J4. Attendance at this meeting is strongly recommended. The public opening of tenders takes place on the date and at the time specified for the receipt of tenders. The only way for anyone to attend this opening is to watch it live online at the address provided for this purpose in the Supplementary Instructions. It is not possible to view the video recording of the opening at a later date, nor is it permitted to record or broadcast it.
