The Town of Lewiston, New York is seeking bids for the TOWN OF LEWISTON RIVERFRONT PARK MEN'S & WOMAN'S BATHROOM PROJECT. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions outlined in the original solicitation documents. All other terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements of the original bid documents remain unchanged unless formally amended. Existing conditions on north end of Building o DEMOLITION o Remove and dispose of existing walls o Remove and dispose of any existing plumbing fixtures o Remove and dispose of any electrical fixtures Scope of New work o Furnish all materials as per Architect Stamped plans or approved equal to be determined by the Town of Lewiston o Layout and frame new partition walls per stamped plans o Drywall and finish new partition walls per stamped plans o Prime and 2 coat paint walls/ ceilings per architect plans, color T.B.D by Town of Lewiston o Cut opening in west side of building for new ADA compliant door per Stamped Plan o Prep and provided ADA compliant stair and ramp at west side of building per stamped plan o Provide Steel railings at new Ramp/Stairs per stamped plan o Furnish and install all rough and finish pluming fixture per stamped plan or equal to be approved by the Town of Lewiston o Furnish and install all rough and finish electrical fixtures per stamped plan or equal to be Approved by the Town of Lewiston o Furnish and install all Bathroom partitions, color T.B.D by Town of Lewiston o Furnish and install all Bathroom accessories as provided in the spec, see stamped plans for details, or approved equal by the Town of Lewiston o Furnish and install all doors, frames, and hardware, paint per spec.
