Site work for a military facility in S Zanesville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
This work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, access, and materials required to remove three existing sluice gate brake mechanisms and replace them with a new braking system, including one spare thruster setup, in accordance with the requirements of this specification. The contractor shall also provide one critical spare thruster. Existing twist-style brakes shall be removed and replaced with thruster-released brakes of a right-hand design. To accommodate the new brake mechanism, the existing brake enclosure housing and drums shall be removed and replaced as part of this effort. The project will also require the contractor to provide one (1) critical spare thruster. The existing Twist style brakes are to be replaced with thruster released brakes with a right-hand design. PROJECT LOCATION: ZANESVILLE, OHIO - Dillon Lake, 4969 Dillon Dam Road, Zanesville, OH 43701. The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete it within 120 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
