The Scope of Work shall include Resurfacing 1.0 miles of Technology Drive, from Lake Saint Louis Boulevard to Technology Drive Loop, bringing pedestrian facilities into compliance with current ADA standards, extending pedestrian facilities to Technology Drive Loop, and adding a westbound right turn lane to Technology Drive at Technology Drive Loop. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. The City of Lake Saint Louis reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
