The Contractor shall furnish, install, operate, relocate, maintain and remove all temporary traffic control devices necessary for controlling traffic in accordance with the WATCH. The Contractor shall notify CDOT regarding conflicting permanent signs. Only CDOT forces shall install, remove or relocate any permanent signs within the right-of-way. All construction signs and barricades shall remain in place until the appropriate permanent signs and pavement markings are installed. The work covered by this special provision consists of all labor and equipment necessary to install new conduit and/or cable into an existing hand-hole or pull-box in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and the Charlotte Department of Transportation Traffic Signal Manual.
