Project consists of improvements to Briercliff Park. The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: The Briercliff Park Improvements project consist of additions and improvements to the existing Briercliff Park. These include new sidewalks, a splash park, restroom facility and replacement of the playground facilities, surface and additional shade structure. The plans also include a "skate spot" as an alternative. The plans also include support drawings and details for civil and allied engineering. The current budget for the project is approximately $ Three million, Seven Hundred Thousand dollars ($3,700,000), including without limitation, construction services, design services, soft costs, and right of ways required to deliver the projects per the Contract Documents. In accordance with the provisions of Texas State Law, the City of Denton (the City) is requesting submissions to contract with an individual or business with considerable experience in providing goods or services of this solicitation. The responses and the cost solutions shall be submitted to the City of Denton in a sealed submission. The awarded individual or business shall possess a proven track record of using innovative approaches to providing goods and services that represent the best value to their clients. The awarded individual or business shall have the ability to accomplish all aspects of the requested services. The selected individual or firm should be able to provide innovative methods to deal with municipal challenges, and cost effective solutions.
