The project includes the renovation of the Springdale Recreation Center. Major items of work include a restroom remodel with fixture replacement, demolition of stall dividers, new countertops, and new wall construction. A new front reception area and storage room will be constructed, including a new counter with ADA features, new walls and doorways, windows, electrical, drop ceiling, and fire suppression. Additional work involves painting, floor repairs, and concession area floor repairs, which consists of demolition and removal of old tile and grinding/polishing of the concrete slab.
