The project comprises all the works required to deliver a turnkey building that complies with current standards, including in particular: the construction of the main building; complete interior fit-out; infrastructure works and connection to municipal services; exterior and landscaping works; installation of mechanical and electrical equipment; any other components necessary for the proper functioning of the facility. The building must meet the specific needs of young children, incorporating functional, safe and suitable spaces. Delivery schedule Launch of the SEAO tender: 24 April 2026 Deadline for receipt of electronic tenders: 4 June at 3.00 pm by email to the architect Work to commence no later than: 30 September 2026 Completion of works: 1 April 2027. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
