The Subcontractor must provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, and equipment for these services between MP 0.0 and MP 13.0. The work is to support pavement rehabilitation design and must be in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The Subcontractor must have at least five years of documented experience in traffic control, with flag persons having at least six months of experience and current flagger certification. All personnel must be able to communicate effectively and know the MUTCD manual. The Subcontractor is responsible for all necessary permits. Insurance is required per the Bid Documents. Proposals must be prepared and submitted as specified in the Bid Documents.
