The project consists of the design of a pre-engineered metal building at the Texas State Railroad Palestine Depot. The facility will be approximately 80-feet wide by 120-feet long and 20-feet tall. It will support assembly use and include kitchens, restrooms, and associated site improvements. The selected Architectural and Engineering firm will provide comprehensive services, including design development, construction documents, permitting support, and construction administration.
