For Road Materials. The County of Sonoma (County) is soliciting bids for from qualified suppliers for Road Materials on as-needed basis and Emergency (Disaster) basis. The objective of this solicitation is to issue two separate Blanket Purchase Order agreements. One agreement will be issued for Standard (Non-Disaster) usage and will include a local preference in the evaluation scoring. The second agreement will be for Emergency (Disaster) usage only and, in compliance with Federal procurement guidelines for Local Agencies, will not include a local preference in the evaluation scoring. **NOTE: Bidders will have the option to submit their proposal to be considered for the Standard BPO, the Emergency (Disaster) BPO or both. All questions pertaining to the bid are to be submitted to: Somsanith.Suvanaseng@sonomacounty.gov no later than 5:00 PM Friday April 3, 2026. After the deadline no further questions will be accepted. Questions will not be accepted by phone. The County will supply responses by Tuesday April 14, 2026. The County reserves the right before payment or acceptance to inspect all goods and workmanship and shall have the right to reject all goods and workmanship that do not conform to the Blanket Purchase Order or Contract, provided; however, the County is under no duty to make such inspection. The County reserves the right to extend the date of acceptance of goods or workmanship in the event it determines that the nonconforming goods or workmanship can be reasonably cured. The County reserves the right to award multiple agreements. The County does not guarantee any maximum or minimum purchase of products under any resulting agreements.
