Kendall County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms or individuals to provide professional engineering services and to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications for its Flood Warning System Infrastructure project. The selected firm will assist in planning, preparing, procuring, and integrating all preliminary and final design plans and specifications for the construction, installation, and implementation of flash flood outdoor warning sirens, in accordance with the requirements of the SB3 Outdoor Warning Siren Grant. Responses will be accepted electronically via the county's bid portal or as hard copies submitted to the specified address. Late responses will be rejected. Selection will be made following the Professional Services Procurement Act, Chapter 2254, Texas Government Code.
