Nova Scotia Community College invites bids for the fire escape replacement at the NSCC School of Fisheries, located at 91 Beeches Road, Pictou, NS B0K 1H0. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 Bidders finding any discrepancies or omissions in the Tender Documents, or having any doubt as to the meaning or intent of any part thereof, shall at once notify Evan Anstey at NSCC by e-mail at evan.anstey@nscc.ca. Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents may be submitted in writing by any bidder up to five (5) days before the closing of tenders. Replacement of existing fire escape including new exit stair construction in accordance with drawings S-1 and S-2 and specifications. Structural, demolition, fabrication, installation, and associated safety and code compliance work included.
