At the end of the initial term of this contract, the City may initiate renewal(s) as provided herein. The decision to renew a contract rests solely with the City. The City will give written notice of its intention to renew the contract no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration. two (2), one (1) year renewal(s) are possible at the City’s option.
