The City of Ottawa requires a Contractor to supply and deliver Municipal Castings, Frames and Covers in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set out. Proponents must adhere to the firm delivery timeframes specified under Section 1.4.2; offers that exceed this timeframe will be considered non-responsive. This procurement is an attempt to secure any immediately available quantities in the market for the 2026 construction season.
