Interested consultant teams should submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the Downtown Parking Structure with Mixed-Use Development Concept and Feasibility Study. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all responses, and to award a contract to other than the most responsive SOQ, with or without negotiation. Method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
