Reference Number 0000422151 Source ID PU.AG.USA.1268.C13169926 Piggyback Contract No The Brighton Urban Renewal Authority (BURA) seeks the Bid of qualified Respondents to provide fabrication and installation services of certain wayfinding signage per the included construction documents. BURA, by and through the City of Brighton Division of Procurement & Contracts is accepting bids from qualified Respondents to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials as necessary for Wayfinding Signage for Hwy Intersection stated herein this Invitation to Bid. References to the "City" herein shall be construed to mean the City of Brighton and BURA jointly. ESTIMATED PROJECT TOTAL: $250,000 Contractor shall be responsible for the fabrication and installation of certain wayfinding signage within the State Highway 7 and US Highway 85 intersection, as prescribed in the attached construction drawings. It is anticipated that the project will complete no later than July 1, 2026. City will provide all approved color schemes, branding criteria, and construction plans. Contractor shall be responsible for all utility locates before installation of any approved signage. This could include underground utilities, potholing, boring, finding buried utilities, avoiding easements, locating easements, and other related tasks. Contractor is responsible to investigate and obtain all applicable permits. Contractor must inform themselves and plan accordingly for the timeline to obtain such permits. Inspections required by the project, including materials testing, shall be coordinated by the Contractor. Wayfinding signs must be placed as specified by construction plans.
