Initiating Organization: Engineering District 10-0 Agreement Type: Open End Open End Sub-Type: Non Project Specific 100% State Funded: No Services Requested: Design and Misc Services Selection Process: Modified The Department of Transportation will retain an engineering firm for (1) open-end agreement for the services indicated below on various projects. The projects are administered by Engineering District 10-0 and are located in Engineering District 10-0. The Agreement will be for a period of 5 years. with projects assigned on an as-needed basis. The maximum amount of the Open-end Agreement will be 3,000,000 dollars. Although this agreement is administered by District 10-0, it will be utilized as follows: to perform engineering and environmental services on various Department and/or local public agency projects. The projects may be administered by either Engineering District 10-0 OR a local public agency. For local public agency projects being administered by the local government organization, the local project sponsor and the consultant will need a separate L-agreement established in ECMS. District 10-0 includes the following counties: Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Indiana, and Jefferson. The Agreement may include bridge and roadway projects, local projects and enhancements.
