The Contractor will provide all labour, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the Services required to maintain all sites in a clean, healthy, and safe condition for City staff and visitors. The scope may include, but is not limited to: maintaining trash and garbage collection throughout the facility, floor and stairway/staircase cleaning and maintenance, washroom cleaning and servicing of dispensers, cleaning of walls, ceilings and doors, cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces, carpet, drape and upholstery cleaning, interior glass cleaning throughout to remove smears and fingerprints, cleaning of interior elevators and vestibules, and interior and exterior doorway entrance floor surfaces. The Contractor will also provide cleaning services for all offices, corridors, restrooms, conference rooms including kitchen areas, all internal glass panels, windows (internal), doors, and cabinets. Additional cleaning details are specified in Schedules A-1 through A-3. Submissions must be in a single PDF file delivered by email as specified.
