The Rogersville Water Works & Sewer Board seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professional engineering consulting firms detailing the firm's qualifications, project-related experience, management and staffing capabilities, and references for state and federally funded projects. Professional services may include, but are not limited to: cost estimates, scope of work development, project milestone meetings, surveys and site certificates, soil investigations, permitting, preliminary and final engineering plans and specifications, bidding/negotiating, recommendation to award and notice to proceed, project supervision, pay requests, construction review, 'as-built' drawings, and maintaining project files for seven years. Procurement of said services will be in accordance with Federal Procurement Standards. The Rogersville Water Works & Sewer Board will afford full opportunity to women-owned and minority business enterprises who submit a show of interest and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the award of this contract.
