The Rogersville Water Works & Sewer Board seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professional engineering consulting firms detailing the firm's qualifications, project-related experience, management and staffing capabilities, and references for state and federally funded projects. Professional services may include, but are not limited to: cost estimates, scope of work development, project milestone meetings, surveys and site certificates, soil investigations, permitting, preliminary and final engineering plans and specifications, bidding/negotiating, recommendation to award and notice to proceed, project supervision, pay requests, construction review, 'as-built' drawings, and maintaining project files for seven years. Procurement of said services will be in accordance with Federal Procurement Standards.
