Site work for a religious / funeral development in Doylestown, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
Sealed Bids are invited for the construction of Chestnut Hill Cemetery for the Village of Doylestown. The work consists of furnishing all materials and labor for asphalt road and parking, concrete pad, and sidewalks for a cemetery committal shelter and columbariums. Bidders are required to register with and obtain bidding documents from the office of Engineering Associates, Inc. The Council of the Village of Doylestown reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, or to accept any bid which is deemed favorable to the Village of Doylestown. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questionsreceived less than ten days priorto the date for opening ofBids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
