The City of Courtenay invites Tenders for C26-028, 2026 Sewer Relining Program. The Work will include the following: Cured-in-place relining of approximately 590m of 200mm diameter asbestos cement sanitary main pipe by Cedar Crescent and surroundings. Cured-in-place relining of approximately 100m of 200mm diameter asbestos cement sanitary main pipe along McPhee Avenue. Coordinating all private property access to registered rights-of-ways, including pre-construction condition reports, mitigation of damages, restoration and landowner agreements post-restoration. Bypass pumping as required to manage existing flows around worksite. Documents can be obtained from www.courtenay.ca/bids and www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
