Description

Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; parking garage; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.

This project provides for demolition of the Impark Building and associated utility and site work. 1. Demolition of the Impark Building, including removal of all foundations and site improvements as indicated. 2. Coordination with the abatement contractor, under a separate contract.
