CCTV inspection has confirmed a sag of approximately 15–20% and a significant crack (up to 20 mm wide) in the 200 mm vitrified clay tile pipe, constructed in 1978. Confirming the location of the cracked sanitary pipe and the length of the sag. The removal and disposal of approximately 20 metres of existing 200 mm Dia. VCT sanitary sewer. The installation of approximately 20 metres of 200 mm diameter PVC DR35 sanitary sewer by shored trench, includes all appurtenances. The removal and disposal of existing miscellaneous concrete sidewalks, aprons, and pararamps. Site restoration including miscellaneous concrete and landscaped greenspace. Tree and root protection. The provisional work (Optional) includes the following: CIPP lining of the existing sanitary sewer following the repairs.
