Bid Pack #2 is for the partial renovation of an existing middle school building, renovation and addition to an existing concession building, and addition to and partial renovation of an existing elementary school building as more completely described in the contract documents. It also consists of site work including a reconfigured bus loop, and an alternate gravel staff parking lot as more completely described in the contract documents. The work is divided into the following work categories: site work, asphalt paving & utilities; concrete; masonry; structural & miscellaneous steel; general trades & miscellaneous demolition; roofing; aluminum storefront, glass & glazing; metal stud & drywall assemblies, acoustical ceilings; painting; flooring; plumbing systems; mechanical & HVAC systems; electrical systems and fire alarm. All plans and specifications shall be available beginning April 27, 2026, and may be obtained or viewed as stated. Sealed proposals will be received from qualified contractors for the specified work categories. Proposals must include bid security of not less than five percent of the bidder’s maximum bid price. This project is not a prevailing wage project. Sealed proposals must be received at the specified location by the designated deadline.
