North Lamar Independent School District is seeking a qualified firm to provide General Contractor services in connection with the demolition of the North Lamar ISD Higgins Elementary School and partial demolition of the North Lamar ISD Bailey Intermediate School (areas A, B, and C). The Project consists ofthe following: o Demolition ofthe North Lamar ISD Higgins Elementary School o Partial demolition ofthe North Lamar ISD Bailey Intermediate School The RCSP packet will also be posted on North Lamar ISD's website at www.uorthlamai-.net. All questions concerning the RCSP or project specifics shall be submitted in writing by the Respondent via email, and must be received by 3:00 p.in. (local time) on May 1,2026. Higgins Elementary School Demolition o Consists of the complete demolition of the Higgins Elementary School, site improvements and playground equipment. o All portables will be removed by the owner prior to the start ofdemolition, and any remnants will be part ofthe demolition scope. o Below grade structural components will be removed down to a specified depth and utilities will be capped and abandoned in place if not entirely removed. o The stand-alone metal building will remain for use by the school.
