Renovation of a recreation facility in East Hampton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
for the following public works contract SYA (Springs Youth Association) HVAC Improvements - HVAC A 10% bid deposit and a Certificate of Non-Collusion must accompany all bid submissions. The Town of East Hampton reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the Town. Every request for information or interpretation of the Contract Documents or Drawings must be addressed in writing to the Senior Purchasing Agent Town of East Hampton, 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York 11937 (fax) 631-324-7895 or emailed jcarroza@ehamptonny.gov, and to be given any consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Replacement of existing air handling units with new semi-custom air handling units containing dual temperature refrigerant heating and cooling coil and hot water heating coil. 2. Install of new variable refrigerant flow heat pump condensing units and refrigerant piping for new air handling units. 3. Replacement of existing energy recovery ventilator and modificaiton of existing ductwork. 4. Installation of new DDC BMS to control HVAC equipment 5. Electrical construction work to support new HVAC system.
