Reference Number 0000422150 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2737560.C19686551 Piggyback Contract No Question Deadline 05/08/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Medford Emergency Management, is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop and update County-Wide Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan (NHMP) in compliance with the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000 (DMA 2000) and FEMA requirements (44 CFR Part 201). This project will be managed by the City of Medford and funded in part through a Hazard Mitigation Grant (HMGP). The resulting plan will be a multi-jurisdictional plan that includes Jackson County, all incorporated cities within the county [11], and participating special districts [3-5] within the county. Jackson County, in coordination with all cities and special districts within the county, seeks to update its existing NHMP to: o Maintain FEMA approval and eligibility for mitigation funding o Reflect current hazard risks, climate trends, and development patterns o Strengthen coordination across county, city, and special district partners o Identify and prioritize mitigation actions across all participating jurisdictions The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
