Bids must be sealed, marked with the project and bid number, and delivered in original and two copies to the designated address. Electronic submissions are not accepted. Late bids will be rejected. All materials used in the project, including iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials, must comply with the United States Iron and Steel requirements of Texas Government Code Chapter 2252, Subchapter G, and must be produced in the United States according to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA).
