The City of Sherwood is seeking sealed bid proposals from contractors qualified to provide slurry seal in accordance with State of Oregon revised statues and administrative rules. Contractors must be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279 to enter a contract with the City of Sherwood for public work in Oregon. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted via email only to Chris Blythe at blythec@sherwoodoregon.gov by 2:00 PM (PDT) on Tuesday May 12, 2026. All final responses will be posted on the City's website no later than three (3) days prior to the Bid Opening.
