Site work and renovation of a civil project in Dodd City, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves the refurbishment of one 50,000-gallon elevated storage water tank and one 50,000-gallon ground storage water tank. For the elevated tank, work includes sandblasting the interior to an SSPC #10 finish, applying a minimum 25 mil solvent-free polyurethane NSF-approved coating, and repairing/replacing the bottom plate around the standpipe. The exterior will be pressure washed, mechanically cleaned, spot primed, and given a full urethane coat. For the ground storage tank, work includes sandblasting the interior to an SSPC #10 finish and applying the same polyurethane coating. The exterior will receive similar pressure washing, cleaning, priming, and a full urethane coat. Specific to the ground tank, the scope also includes installing an HDPE 30 x 30-inch top hatch, an HDPE 24-inch dome style vent, and new roof beams. A one-year warranty is required for all workmanship and materials.
