This call for tenders aims to award eight (8) service contracts for the purpose of carrying out field surveys to determine the elevation of the ground floor and the elevation of the lowest opening on main buildings located in flood-prone areas. The services are to be performed in several regions of Quebec. The contracts will commence on the date of signature and end on 31 March 2027, with an expected contract duration of 9 months. The work must be carried out from the date of signature and completed no later than 28 September 2026. The tender must be submitted by a service provider that has, in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable government agreements, a permanent place of business clearly identified by its name and accessible during normal office hours.
