Point to Point: Base Repair : 496LF x 9 LF Option A: - 3,830 tons of Superpave 19.0 MM Binder - 1,530 tons of Superpave 9.5 MM Wearing - 740 tons of Select Borrow Excavation, 2RC - 5,893 square yards of Asphalt Prime Coat, MC-70 Option B: - 2,015 tons of Superpave 19.00 MM Binder - 805 tons of Superpave 9.5 MM Wearing - 310 tons of Select Borrow Excavation, 2RC - 3,097 square yards of Asphalt Prime Coat, MC-70 - 20 tons of Superpave 9.5 MM, Leveling Option C: - 300 tons of Flexible Base Replacement Option D: - 170 tons of Flexible Base Replacement Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be on forms provided by the municipality. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract within 20 days after award. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
