Renovation of a military facility in Cortlandt Manor, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs is seeking a responsible vendor to supply, replace, and install four pairs of fire-rated solid core wood doors at the Camp Smith Training Site, Bldg 500. See attached IFB 25-32 document for full Scope of Work and Bid Requirements. Mandatory site visit and pre-registration are required. Replace Doors: Supply and install four pairs of Mohawk brand doors. Removal and Disposal: Remove old doors and scrap from premises. All recycling and disposal of materials shall be handled properly and responsibly by the contractor. Execution and Installation: o The doors must be installed in a neat workmanlike manner. o All materials must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and specifications, including but not limited to manufacturer guidance for storage, staging, application and installation. o The contractor shall clean all work areas at the end of each workday, to remove all tools, equipment, debris, materials, and all waste from the worksite. All replaced parts or equipment shall be offered to the site superintendent prior to disposal. o The contractor shall be responsible for complying with all Federal and State health and safety requirements that are applicable to this project and shall use all means and precautions available to ensure the safety of the occupants and protection to the existing buildings and structures throughout installation. o All requests for storage of materials on site shall be made by contractor to site superintendent upon project start. All requests shall be allowed as possible but not guaranteed by DMNA.
