This project involves the preparation of the City of Kingston LWRP Amendment pursuant to the provisions of New York State Executive Law, Article 42 and 19NYCRR Parts 600-603, and provide an HMP for the Rondout Creek, Esopus Creek, and the Hudson River that are within the citys civil boundaries. The City is located on the Hudson River, Rondout Creek and Esopus Creek and has approximately 9.3 miles of shoreline.
