College Station Independent School District (CSISD) is soliciting competitive proposals from vendors for Carpet & Ceramic Tile Installation Services effective September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027. Quantities given are estimates only and are not a guarantee to purchase by CSISD. All vendors awarded RFP#22-008 Carpet & Ceramic Tile Installation must submit a response to this RFP to continue doing business with College Station ISD. CSISD is using online software to facilitate this bid opportunity and recommends completing the response online to assure accuracy. It is the responsibility of the supplier to keep informed of any activities and addendums relating to this opportunity. CSISD is accepting responses from vendors for the specifications and terms and conditions communicated in the attached solicitation. CSISD reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive technical defects in responses, and select the response deemed most advantageous to the District. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. - The Contractor(s) shall be able to complete all tasks normally encountered in commercial and residential carpet and ceramic tile installation service and repair Carpet and Ceramic Tile Installation services and repairs performed under this contract are typically those services and/or repairs encountered in commercial carpet/ceramic tile installation services. Services required include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Demolition and removal of current flooring. 2. Preparation and Installation of new flooring 3. Removal of any construction debris.
