This includes roadway / intersection design, traffic analysis, identifying proposed right-of-way acquisitions and public outreach for the Turnberry and Suniga Road extensions. The design phase may be extendable, at the City's sole discretion through final design with the option of using alternative delivery methods for construction. The successful Professional will identify and address all the tasks, issues and deliverables in their proposal. Professionals must possess the expertise and experience necessary to complete the project on time and within the budget established and be motivated to work with City staff and all other affected stakeholders to accomplish the goals and objectives associated with the project. The current phase of the project is locally funded and does not include any State or Federal funding currently. However, there may be opportunities in the future for those funding sources, so this RFP will follow the Brooks Act to retain federal funding eligibility.
